Basic Life Support (BLS)

Our American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course prepares participants to recognize life-threatening emergencies, perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, provide effective ventilations, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) with confidence. Training is based on the latest 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) to ensure participants receive current, evidence-based instruction.

Our American Heart Association Heartsaver® courses provide first aid, CPR, AED, and workplace safety training for individuals, employees, and organizations. Whether you're meeting workplace requirements, maintaining compliance, or simply preparing to respond in an emergency, our training equips you with the knowledge and confidence to act.

  • American Heart Association certification valid for 2 years

  • Flexible training options including classroom, blended learning, and virtual formats (where available)

  • Hands-on, instructor-led training based on the latest AHA guidelines

Heartsaver First Aid Course

 

Heartsaver First Aid teaches participants how to recognize common first aid emergencies, call for help, and respond with lifesaving first aid skills.
